Launched in 2024, our repair program was designed with one goal in mind: to help you get the most out of your equipment. Whether it’s a countCAM3, countCAM3+, or countCAM4, repairs are affordable, typically ranging from $200 to $400 per unit, and are completed within 4-weeks of receipt of equipment.

Simple Process, Professional Repairs

Getting started is easy. Just make the initial payment through our online store, and a member of our support team will reach out to to provide shipping labels and gather any additional details needed. Once the equipment is received at our Minnesota headquarters, our in-house technicians, who build countCAM devices daily, will handle the repairs, final billing, and return shipment.

This means your equipment is in expert hands, using the same high-quality components and standards as when it was first built.
