I am receiving a error message reading, "Problem Initializing COUNTpad 2".
Solutions:
- Is the countPAD plugged into the computer? If not close the program, plug in your countPAD, and restart.
- Was the countPAD connected after countPRO was opened? If so, close the program, plug in your countPAD, and restart.
- Is the back of the countPAD glowing red? If so contact us at help@spacksolutions.com for assistance in updating your countPAD firmware.
