I am having issues with countPAD/countPRO. What should I do?

I am receiving a error message reading, "Problem Initializing COUNTpad 2".

Solutions:

  1. Is the countPAD plugged into the computer? If not close the program, plug in your countPAD, and restart.
  2. Was the countPAD connected after countPRO was opened? If so, close the program, plug in your countPAD, and restart.
  3. Is the back of the countPAD glowing red? If so contact us at help@spacksolutions.com for assistance in updating your countPAD firmware.
