This article provides a summary of the new countCLOUD Video Processing System. Topics include:

Registration
First time users of countCLOUD will need to create an account by:
- Navigate to http://www.countcloud.pro and click on “Register”, below the "Sign In" button.
- Enter your personal account information and click "Next"
- Enter your company information.
- If you would like to invite other users to the account you can do this in the company details page or later in the process.
- If you'd like to join an existing Company account, do not complete your registration. Instead, have the admin invite you to their account using the "Profile Settings" invite feature.
- Click "Create Account". A verification code will be sent to the email address provided in registration allowing you to complete the process and log in.
Profile and Notification setting
Once logged into your account you can set up your profile and notification settings by:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. This will be the first initial of the name you provided during registration.
- The "Profile Settings" selection allows you to update your personal information, company details, and user access to the account.
- When adding users to the account they can be defined as "Admin" level tenants, who can add/manage users in the account or "User" level tenants who can only create projects and counts.
- The "Notification Preferences" section allows you to select what in dashboard notifications you would like to display when in countCLOUD and what email notifications you would like to receive to your inbox.
Main Dashboard page
The main dashboard page (Home icon on the left navigation bar) gives you a snapshot of your current counts, projects, and count hour credits.
- The "Count Status Monitor" shows the status of all current, non-downloaded counts. Click on a count status bar to open a view of counts in the selected status.
- The "Usage Snapshot" provides accounting for count hours credits
- The "Account Balance" is the total number of unused and unsubmitted count hours in your account.
- The "Budgeted Spend" shows how many count hours are set up for use. This number equals the sum of count hours currently in unsubmitted counts.
- "Estimated Remaining Balance" provides the projected account balance after all unsubmitted counts have been submitted. If you Estimated Remaining Balance is below zero a notification will show suggesting additional hours may need to be purchased.
- The "Project Map" and "Project Monitor" show the overall status of all projects and counts contained within the projects.
- Hove over a pin within the map to see a summary of the counts within the project.
- Provides status indication and Count Hour math for each project.
- Click on the project pin or project card to open the Project Summary Page.
Projects Page
The Projects Page ("Projects" on the left navigation bar) provides access to all of your current, non-archived projects.
- Multiple view options are provided including:
- viewing at the Project or Count level.
- viewing in Card or List views.
- viewing at the Project or Count level.
- Projects and counts can filter based on statuses or searched by project name or Count ID.
- Click on a Project to access the Project Summary Page of an existing project.
- Click "Create New Project +" to begin a new project
Create New Project
Clicking “Create New Project +” opens the “Create Project Module” where you can:

- Enter a Project Title. A location description, project description, and internal due date can also be entered but are not required.
- Please note the due date is for internal planning only and will not impact the delivery of your counts in countCLOUD.
- Once data is entered click "Create Project". This will bring you to the Project Summary Page
Project Summary Page
The Project Summary Page is where counts are created and data is returned.
- Click the down carrot next to "Project Summary" to display the project information.
- The details entered in the Create Project Module are displayed along with accounting of the duration and count hours contained within the project.
- A Project map is also displayed showing a pin for each count created within the project. If no counts are created this map will remain blank.
- The top of the page provides icons allowing you to share a project with a customer, edit a projects summary information, duplicate a project and all count locations contained within it, and archive a project clearing it from your dashboard.
- Buttons to bulk download all completed counts within the project and to add counts to the project are also provided.
Create Counts Module
Click "Add Count +" to add Unsubmitted counts to a project.
- First, enter the count details including:
- Count Type (TMC, Volume, Trail, Access)
- Classification 2-, 3-, or 13-class counts
- Individual count duration
- The quantity of counts to create.
- When entering the total count duration enter the entire duration of the count at that location. Later in this process you will be able to divide up this duration to allow for peak period counts or partial day counts over multiple days.
- Click "Create" and the count/counts will be added to the project. The created count, or first count in the list of created counts will automatically be opened.
Add Count Details Module
The Count Details Module is where the specific count information is entered. There are three steps to the process.
- First, set the count location
- Enter a Location reference.
- Place the approach labels and camera position on the aerial image.
- Rotate the camera using the slide bar at the top right corner of the map section.
- You can reset the map via the button under the camera rotation slider if needed.
- The count type, classification selection and duration can also be updated on this page if needed.
- Click "Save and Continue" to proceed.
- Step 2 is to set your start date and times and initiate a video/videos upload.
- If using multiple start dates/times use the + icon to add another counting period to the count.
- The total duration of the count must equal the sum of the counting period durations in order to proceed.
- Select and upload a video from your computer or a video that has already been uploaded to the Video Library (additional information later in this article)
- Multiple video files can be selected and uploaded.

- Click "Save & Continue" to proceed.
- If using multiple start dates/times use the + icon to add another counting period to the count.
- Step 3 is to review and submit
- Review the count information, site location, and selected video file to ensure everything is correct.
- Click "Submit for Processing" if everything is correct.
- Click "Back" to make changes to any previously entered information.
- Once a count is submitted for processing it will move to IN-PROCESS and an uploading status circle will show at the bottom right corner of the webpage.
- Click on the status circle to view the current uploads.

- Counts can be edited for 15 minutes after submitting by clicking “Continue Editing Count” in the 3 dot dropdown of a count card.
- This can also be selected by clicking into a count and clicking the Edit button.

- After 15-minutes the count is locked and changes are no longer allowed.

- Count data will be returned within 3 business days.
Error Messages
If there is a condition that is preventing our team from processing your count, the Count will be pushed into error status.
- Counts in error status are shown in red with an error summary shown on the count card.
- The full error message is shown within the Count Summary Page.

- Click the three dots on the count card, or click into the count summary page and click "Remediate Error" to resubmit/fix the count issue. There will be prompts in the Error Remediation Module to guide you through this process.
- Once a count has been updated it will move back to IN PROCESS and the 3-business day turnaround window will restart.

Completed results
Completed counts use the count sheets you are used to receiving currently in countCLOUD.
- Counts can be downloaded individually via the count card or within the count summary page.

- A bulk download option is also available in the Project Summary Page.
- Can select to download Complete counts or Completed and Downloaded counts.
- Can select to download Complete counts or Completed and Downloaded counts.
- Share completed count results directly with a customer by clicking the Share Link icon in the Project Summary page, Count Summary page, or the count card 3-dot dropdown menu.
Video Library
The video library allows users to upload videos from their computer to countCLOUD for assignment later. This function allows users to start video uploads from the office, and then complete video assignment and count submission from any computer with videos stored in the cloud.

Map
The Map page provides a full page map view of all non-archived projects.
- The map can be filtered by project name, ID, and location.
- Filtering by specific count details such as classification type, count type, and count status is provided.
- A date selector can be used allowing you to display projects/counts within a specific data window.
